Todd you are correct the ATP's are made only for Discount Tire. I usedbe the store manager of a ooper Tire dealer. Cooper has started building tires in china. Alot are still being made in Akron Ohio. We also used to buy Goodyear Kelly Dunlop Fitestone Bridgestone. All in which build tires over seas. Alot of folks are not aware of the few manufacture that actually bulid tires. Example Starfire Mastercraft Ironman Elderado Dean and many more are built by Cooper Tires.
