Frog Gig Tournament

THERE WERE 27 TEAMS THAT SIGNED UP WITH A TOTAL OF 97.6 POUNDS OF FROGS CAUGHT. THANKS TO ALL WHO CAME OUT TO MAKE THIS EVENT A SUCCESS. WE HOPE TO MAKE THIS AN ANNUAL EVENT SO LOOK FOR IT NEXT YEAR.

First place with 8.6 lbs. Ryan Griffin and Colt Ellis

Second place with7.12 lbs. Matthew Mungo and Andrew Baker

Third place with 6.15 lbs. Wesley Stogner and Jacob Shrader

Big frog pot with 12.5oz won by Shawn Medlin and Jason Tolbert

was this event limited to teenagers or were the old men just too smart to fool with it? i'd like to see how many snakes they found. a frog counts 1 point and a moccosin counts 1/2 point or whatever.

There were people from all ages. Lancaster County Coonhunters put this on as a fundraiser. We are located in S.C. Go to our FB page for pictures of all the participants. It is listed as Lancaster CoonClub. We had a ball.
