not really answering your question, but I have a son of Lipper that we are still collecting and getting strong semen. If this would be of any help to you, just let me know.

Twin,

Chilled semen has a relatively short shelf life. There is no way there would be any chilled Lipper semen only frozen.

Now there are a fair number of sons out of Lipper that could potentially supply some chilled semen.
