Rocky, i don't know the physical adress of the club but it is located on Peters RD Middlefield Ohio. There is a large sign on SR 528 right before Peters Road.

Rocky, I looked it up on google maps. It's been awhile since I've been there but it looks to be the place at 17076 Peters Rd, Middlefield, OH 44062.

That should get you real close.

2 hours from here.
