Lets head down there Jesse! I'll bring my two boys and we'll have some fun. These boys of Mr. tanner look like they could teach us all a thing or three.

What's the old saying, "take your kids hunting, and you won't have to hunt your kids"! Great job!

Most of these dogs are a TRUE semi silent, as coon hunters call it...LOL
They will bark if its really really hot , like almost looking at the hog. Some want bark until they have the hog stopped. Some want bark then just hear the hog squealing. As my daddy has gotten older he likes the dogs to open a little. Says he can keep up a little better. I'm not sure what has advanced hog hunting more, tracking systems, Garmins or 4 wheelers. I Never ever seen anyone carry a 4 wheeler where my pops will.....and I'm sure some of these hogs run a little further because of that, but a hound with some drive and stamina will eventually come bayed.....

He likes the hounds, for there nose, hunt, and heart. Most all his dogs are cur mixes thrown in with a few straight hounds and hound mixes. Lot of Bird dog XXX Bull Dog // Outlaw Cur Stuff

All I've ever been with was walk type silent mixed up 7 ways to Sunday cur dogs lol. That craps for the birds. If im gonna walk right up on the hog and kick it up. I might as well shoot it. I like to hear a little opening.
