My local club had a mini slam over the weekend and I have a question about slam award money.

We had 14 dogs and the entry was 30.

So that's 420 in entry money.

4 cast winners had plus points.

Each cast winner was paid 38.50 is that right? Doesn't seem at all right to me.

For 14 dogs in a $30 Slam the cash award should have been $231, which means split among the Final Four, each dog sould get $57.75.

I'd say you need to get a hold of the club and see if you can get the rest of the $$ from them. We have a list we send out with all Slams that show what the breakdown are. If they have any questions they can call up here and one of us will try to help them with it.

It looks like they paid you for a 14 dog $20 Slam. They probably just looked on the wrong side of the paper.
