Got a call from Mike that Card had passed. He sure made his impact on the breed and caused me to meet one of the absolute best partners and friends a person could have. Sorry for your loss brother.

He was one hell of a hound. One of the best ones I ever owned was out of Card. She was an absolute lay up artist, and I loved getting to see Card go when Lee had him. They don't make them like him every day. He will be missed

Never hunted with Card, but I have been hammered by Buddy more than once. Mike has a good line of hounds going, Card dogs show up everywhere!!!!

I spectated on a cast several years ago, 4 dog cast, there was a big time handler and high dollar dog, and Wild Card and 2 other dogs....
High dollar dog and his handler weren't on the same page,other 2 dogs ran all nite, an Wild Card put on a coon treeing show....
That night he was very impressive,he looked like a Coondog!
In the midst of all the chaos, he kept his mind on his job, and treed racoons, he was a very nice dog.

Mike sorry to hear buddy about old card he was a good one man can't ask for any better of a dog I have hunted with him a bunch back when mike was huntn him we had a lot of great hunts mike and I we would say let's go plus up the whitey stuff both of em split in oppsite directions just keep doing what your doing bud and you will have many more years of wild card to come again my thoughts are with you bud

Sorry to hear about Card. I have a nice Gr Nt off Card I raised the whole litter treed coon. Now I have a nice 10. month off my Card dog well on his way. Has treed several coon alone and caught one on the ground. Most accurate and independent line of dogs naturally I know of and they don't trail all night.

Really sad to hear this. Our buddy has a male off of Card that has been just a tried and true coon dog for all the years he's owned him and we treed many a coon on rough nights with him. He's 10 now, they sure do get old too fast. Once again, I'm sorry to hear.
