We're saved by grace through faith, evidenced to all men by the life that we live. We are not condemned becasue of Christ's perfection. When we obey the plan of salvation we are baptized into Christ. This gives us the ability to come "boldly before the throne of grace." Conviction is from God, condemnation comes from ourselves in a carnal state of mind, or from Satan. Their is a line, but some people mistake conviction for condemnation, and vice versa.
