An officer from the Black Hawk CHA in Cascilla, MS just called and told us that their club has had a fire. Because of this their RQE on June 15 will be held at a different location. Here are the directions: I-55 to mile marker 227, Oakland, MS. Take HWY 32 west, go 6 miles and the fairgounds are on the left. From Charleston, take HWY 32 east 2 miles. Fairgrounds on the right.

They are supposed to have someone stationed at the old club house to inform everyone where the event will be held. Make sure you let everyone know about this change!

will there be any slack given for those that do not get on a computer and get to the original location "just in time" only to find out its at another spot and possibly miss deadline??? its not their fault and an unforeseen circumstance. no way for them to know, esp if they are out of towners.

Whenever a situation like this happens the club has to post a live person at the original meeting place to direct entrants to the new location. If it gets close to deadline then they should all stay together and then convoy over to the new spot to get entered. If you are at the old club house by deadline they will accept your entry.
