trivia

saw this posted on fb and have no idea what the answer is so I decided to cheat (lol) and see if anyone here knew...

Trivia time- a famous Redboner once advertised that his dog was so good...

He has to tape one nostril shut to keep him from running 2 coons at the same time!

Who was this fella and bonus for the dog
