I had a young dog years ago that accidently was around a female in heat. It never drew back up. U probally need to call a vet!!

Probably bruised. Keep it moist with baby oil and get him to the vet ASAP. The vet will most likely have to put him under to fix the problem.

THIS WILL WORK TAKE A HAND FULL OF SUGAR AND GRAB IT AND HOLD THE SUGAR ON THERE FOR A FEW MINUTES. I HAVE BEEN THROUGH THIS A FEW TIMES WILL NOT HURT HIM.
