I took my pup down to the bottom and he struck and headed right. He went about 200 yards and circled back and kept workin about 300 yards the other direction. I figured it was a deer but I didn't shock him. He was workin it in a beaver slew and I lost signal. Then he hit it again and was tracking quick but still no signal on garmin. Next there was a splash in the creek and even better the coon! The pup was tracking hard and gettin after it. He got across the creek which is about 4 foot wide by 6 foot deep. But no garmin collar in him and no signal. We headed out and finally got signal. I can here my pup treed and couldn't be prouder but since we were going opposite direction I reckon he quit. I finally got the collar but my pup had left the tree. I wasn't mad cause he was treed almost 30 minutes. In the end my pup did his job and I screwed up. We're headin out to try again tonight!👍
