4-6-2013 HTX results

Had 8 dogs, 6 passed, 1 that failed had a den tree other was puppy. Most dogs treed 2 coons each. Coons were running well.

I really enjoy HTX as you get to hunt in a relaxed enviroment and all ages of people and dogs anticapate. You can see what a dog is more about and like anything some nights are better than others. I got to hunt with 3 different guys that i have never hunted with. I can also go at my pace which is too slow for comp. hunting. So i can poke along with my bum legs and cane and I can judge as well as hunt my dog.

Tony is right as I tagged along with him and Gem a couple of times. 1 hour and you are back home before 2:00 in the morning....LOL A Nice way to still play the game!!

Thanks to all judges and guides and HTX hunters.
