Relocating from TX. Looking for home out in the country, but need reliable internet connection for work. Any options that anybody can shed some light on? Also, how reliable is dishnetwork during a snow storms or with snow on the ground/satellite?

NOt sure what area exactly you are looking to move to, but there is very reliable internet in all of Western Michigan. Dish Network is as reliable as Directv during snow storms...snaw fade is gonna happen. What I did to keep that from happening was to spray a little cooking spray on the dish face so that snow does not build up on the dish. As far as losing signal during a snow storm? Never have lost signal and I am using Directv. I am sure Dish is just as reliable. Good luck and welcome to the mitten...well when you get here.
