Not even to just go get them. Ky Houndsman have tried over and over to get a Right To Retrieve Law passed but it has Failed every time.

you cant even call a cop or gamewarden to come go with you to get your dog. been there done that !! if that land owner says no, you cant go & the law cant go !!

ALL A LAND OWNER CAN DO IS HAVE YOU ARESTED FOR TRESPASSING,AS LONG AS YOU GO GET YOUR DOG AND DON,T HARM ANYTHING ELSE,HE CAN NOT HARM YOU OR YOUR DOG UNLESS YOU OR YOUR DOG IS DOING SOME HARM. TREEING A COON IS NOT HARM.LOL. MY DOG IS WORTH MORE THEN A FINE.

Agreed with the above post. Get in and get out. We hear all the horror stories but night in and night out this situation happens and you just go grab the dog. No ones the wiser. Another thing I have done is make nice with the surrounding houses during the day. Most people are more reasonable at two in the afternoon than they are at two in the morning.
