what kind of bedding?

What kind of bedding do you put in your dog boxes? I think cedar chips work pretty good and plus they make the dog smell good. What do you use?

I use a good grass hay. It won't break down like straw and is alot softer. I know alot of people like straw but I think it is the worst stuff to use. It will break down to nothing way too quick. JMO

In the summertime I just have carpet peices that lay on the floor.

Even Though cedar chips smell good I heard that the scent stays in your dogs nose for a while causing their scent to be messes up. So I don't use them
