Does anyone know Jeff Delk? I need to get ahold of him. I've had a dog of his here that was supposed to be picked up a month ago and I've tried calling an texting him many many times to no avail. If anyone has an info or talks to him please tell him to contact me please!!!
And before anyone posts it.. I don't need ignorant posts about "go tie her to a fence post and tell him if he wants his dog, there she is!" It's not gonna happen and if you would actually do that you need culled yourself.
