Fluid on the head

I have a 3 week old pup the has a high rise on top of his head. It has fluid in it that is clear with some blood. Has anyone had any pups with this problem? I took it to the vet and got some meds but it has took it down any.

Had a pup get around these people's house and a pit bull bite him right on the muzzle . Few days later his right side of his head swelled big as a basketball , had both his eyes swelled shut . Took him to the vet they said his sinus was infected and he was full of infection and fluid , they went up inside his mouth in his upper lip and lanced it and drained it out . Put him on meds for a week . He got over it well but ruined him hunt wise , was never the same !
