i found a black and tan male dog in whitley county indiana. in jefferson township . the hound had a collar no name tag on it though he is a older hound and was treed off of 114 with a coon in a hole , i do not know of any guys in columbia city that hunt black and tans so input is needed guys he is a good dog and minds very well can text pics please call me to help me find the owner of this hound.
