Need advise dog bleeding

I have a young male dog that somehow poked a hole in his (TOOL), it is bleeding a little bit, at first i thought he was peeing blood until i watched him pee, it was normal,so i took a closer look. when i pinched his (tool) some blood came out of a puncture or hole. what do i do for this if anything, any advise APPR:

It should not bother him! It will heal fine! Give him a shot of penicillin! I have one not too long ago get it hung in a barbed wire fence I guess and cut it nearly off it seemed. In about a week he got fine and shortly after was totally okay. Breed him about 4 months later with no complications
