Now this would be a dream hound, but have been in the game long enuff I stop looking, LoL. Looks good one night, then the next night feels like you're training that young pup again.

Color dont matter a hound that is like this night after night is hard to fiind! I'm not saying that they aren't out there because they are just that they are few and far between.

One that poops Marlboro Lights and pisses Bud Light. If he can do that, I don't care what he does in the woods, he'd never leave the side of my easy chair.

I have that dog !! His only fault is he is 8 yrs old, and time goes by too fast. Wish he would live until I'm done. I have 3 of his pups from 3 different females MAYBE one of them will replace him.

I agree with most. I don't understand the comparison between "Not ill but not scared to be alone"? Anyway add to that a dog that doesnt need a shocker or a tracker, can and will work up an old track in a hurry. And senses when I am ready to go home and comes and loads up. I have two like that and working on the third one. And Right Those kind are not for sale.

Everyone has a different idea about what is perfect for them but the perfect dog for everyone is the one that makes you wish it would hurry up and get dark...

Perfect Coon Dog

A-Absolutely Straight

D-85 to 90 % accurate with a coon or (legitimate) Den tree.
E-Track Driving Brute, no matter if trailing or Running Red Hot.
F-Dog that will open every 75 to 150 Yards on a cold track.
G-One or two locates and Flip immediately to a steady chop.
H-Dog that can bark 90-120 BPM in hot or cold weather.
I-Dog that stays in one place while standing on the tree.
