Where to have a hound AIed in MS?

Have a female about to come in and was wondering where my options are?

if its chilled semen about any vet can do it... if frozen msu and they aint cheap... may be somewhere else but thats the only place i know of

Most surgical AI's (needed for frozen semen) run about $500 - $700 plus the cost of having the semen shipped if not at that location (another $300 on average) I have had them done in Ohio, Michigan and Minnesota and they're all about the same price. You will also need to do progesterone testing if you want the breeding to take, frozen semen only last 12-24 hrs once thawed so you want to make sure her eggs are mature. You should breed about 2-3 days after the progesteron hits 5 nanograms. Find a vet that really knows what they're doing or you will waste your money.
