Who made this?-it is on a western rivers cap...what is lums...watt?..high and low side-it is not bright enough for me..

I see where there is one direct from china at 40,000 lux for 60 shipped...buy more get em less...it is a 5 watt

i got a buddy that makes light here in arkansas they are called the critter light its as bright as a 21 volt its a cap light led very well built light and very affordable pm me if you want more infor

That is the first version of the Smart light. Gary Miller owned the company l. It was the first cap light and started all the import lights. If I remember right it was 100 lumens and around 7 or 8000 lux.
