Does anyone know about availability of land to coon hunt on in the Fayetteville, Arkansas area? Prices of land and homes? thanks

I live about 30 min east of Fayettville and I can tell ya, it's hard to find any good huntin. Especialy with deer season open now, most people won't let ya hunt until after it closes. I realy don't know much about land prices though. Where are you at? I'm just east of Huntsville, and me and a couple of buddy's hunt quite a bit.
