Mother nature paying them folks back for running the poor folks of New Orleans down after Katrina. Yes, it was a lot of po folk bashing coming from the nort east coast after Katrina. What goes around comes around.

Oh my goodness!! I can't believe what I'm reading from your posts! You are what is wrong with America today! You keep blaming someone else for all the problems of the poor. If I'm not mistaken, wasn't Katrina forcast at least a week before it hit New Orleans, and there was an option, leave or stay! Mayor Nagen and the Governor were to blame for not making those people evacuate that city! Besides, your still bringing up Katrina, and still playing the blame game! MOVE ON

actually sandy is not that "strange" similar same event happened in 1991 "halloween nor'easter". Except this time in addition to a cold front and a hurricane there was a mid-western storm that collided. A simialr brutal hurrican hit the northeast in the late 30s cant remember the exact year. Plus these late season storms tend to be slower which actually causes more flooding than a fast moving 4 or 5.
