Tritronics Night Razor????

Anyone tried one of these lights? If so what was your thoughts? Thinking it may be a good light to keep in a coat pocket for emergencies while hunting. Give me some feed back

.

It's a very nice light. Bright and Handy. It fits perfectly in my truck door cup holder. Does very well on a soft cap or in your pocket.

Have 2 of them. Nice little lights. extremly small and light weight. Surprisingly bright and seem to last forever on a charge too. I've shined them against the garage wall along with some other big name belt lights and you can actually just see the nighrazor's beam over most of them. The downside for me is just how tight the beam is and thats the main difference between them and the others Ive seen side x side. The other lights light up the whole wall or most of it where the nightrazor is just a few ft. wide. Very tight beam - I have to use the walking cover (diffuser) to see well enough to walk. One of mine has never been to woods (bought for wife) the other I now keep in the truck to use as a back up or buddy light. Since I got that new Boss 7 led thats pretty much all I use now - love that light! Not sure where you are in VA but I might get rid of the "new" one if you were interested, I just don't need it and only need one back up.

I bought a nite razr when they first hit the market. I love the warranty, size, and price. I most definitly do not like however, the battery life, having to change from a walking lens to a tree shining lens, or the spot of the lite. I would reccommend them for the occasional pleasure hunter, child, or maybe someone who is trying to get the best light for the money. Thats one thing that I can say, is that the light is definetly the best bang for the buck.

How much charge time are you getting out of yours? Thats one part Ive never really had an issue with but I also had always charged it after every couple of hunts. I could never tell that it was getting any dimmer during use at all.

I can only get about 11/2 nites out of mine. I usually hunt anywhere from 6 to 8 hours a nite. I most of the time have to charge mine every nite after use. I think the high beam is rated for 2 hours or so. I guess I've been spoiled with my bright eyes for so long that I have high expectations. But, I still think the nite razr is a great lite considering the cost.
