From your description, I don't really understand what you mean. If you go to the dog page, highlight the dog you want to see the info on and hit the enter button it should show the info you are looking for.

collar

is the collar double blinking? if it is it has connection to sattelite. if it is double blinking go to menu on garmin, go to dog list. enter ad new dog. it will ask you if you can touch collar press yes hold antenna against collar and it will synchronize the two together. hope this helps. if collar isnt double blinking it sound like an antenna problem.

After you turn the collar on and it has been on for a couple minutes does it give a double blink, triple blink, or a single blink?

You need to answer that question before we can help you.

Then the issue is with the collar not being able to acquire GPS positioning. It very well could be the small wire that connects the GPS antenna to the main body of the collar.

Get in touch with Bruce Conkey if you can and he may be able to help.

Dick Whitmore is good on them as well if you have an account on the PKC board.
