just saw where the city of Nitro passed an ordinance limiting pet owners to six animals, three dogs and three cats, including stray animals. $50 dollars for the first offense and $100 every time after that. wonder how many other cities will follow their example??

That don't suppose me really I live just across the river from nitro and I know they charge $25 fee for a yard sale . They will also pull you over for 2 mile an hour over speed limit ! Typical small town wv politics !!!

wonder if you have no cats but 4 dogs that they will say something about the extra dog?

I live in the town of winfield and can see them following suite since we are only a few miles from them...
