I'm just wondering if UKC has come up with Methods of Records / Location / Inventory of Existing Facilities ect. ??

I have Made a Very Detailed Form that we use when Collecting and Freezing ..

This is just Page one of the Semen Collection and Evaluation Form that We Store at 2 Secure Data Storage banks .. It is in a Excel Format
