Single register

How do I go about single registering my Redbone male dog, he meets the breed standards and will tree a coon by himself. I would like to participate in nite hunts, and I do not want to neuter him to just to be able to hunt him in the hunts. I was under the impression that this can be done, and he'll recieve a yellow set of papers that will be 'PR' sometime after the 3rd generation. Although I have heard conflicting arguments about how he would have to be neutered, etc...... Who do i need to contact or who needs to see him tree a coon by himself to accomplish getting him ready to enter the nite hunts.
