Just sold three a couple weeks ago for 100$ each shipped. They were between 3 and 4 years old and had seen a lot of use but still worked good, still had original cloth collar.

I sold one here 2 weeks ago for $150, mounted on a day glo collar, recent firmware updates, just over two years old, used but not worn out by any means, I paid the shipping and insured it so it cost me $10 to ship it, basically I sold it for $140 profit...I thought that was a fair price for seller and buyer.
