#1 Stress Relief! One dog one hunter!

At the present time I'm lying on my back looking into the heavens at the stars. Ole Junior is blueticking around on a track off in the distance. I can hear ole Dirty Rat at the house in the pen barking every time Junior opens, which is very seldom. Hope he doesnt tree anytime soon 'cause I'm enjoying every minute of this cool crisp night. Thank you Lord for our freedom. AMEN.

LOL a couple months ago I took a young dog to a sweetcorn patch near a dried up swamp. The pup struck and went and located and I wanted to get there quick. I most got there and he came to me. I encouraged him and he headed a little bit back then turned and ran between my legs and growled out into the dark swamp. The hair stood up on the back of my neck. Then the pup took off for the truck and I passed him on the way back. I never let that ChickenshtSOBback in. Damapupbyyoself.

AMEN TO THAT!!!! Can't beat a old track and the dog is working while you're sitting on the tailgate leaned back on the dogbox. Resting your head on the top storage. Then when you close your eyes a nice cool breeze hits you in the face. That's the love of a coonhunter boys!! Bet your bottom dollar i'll be in them woods tonight cause its suppose to be mid to upper 50's tonight again.

killed 2 Timber Rattlers this week Steve. One had 12 ratters and a button. This cooler weather has them sliding around a little.

So glad all the cobra rattlers are down that way. I have been on this earth 37 years and have seen one in these parts ever. And that was around Oxford.
