Total time

When you update, all collars should be turned on.It'll update every one of 'em at the same time.

Are you sure about that? I have to update everyone of mine separately and I have them all on. This is with a 220 and DC30's

I've reset the collar and deleted an re added it! Same thing keeps popping up warning it has lost gps reception! So does it need updating I still haven't had time to do that! Or does it need to be sent in to someone?

You say you reset it but did you remove the battery to reset it or just reset the track from the astro? Take the collar apart and unplug the battery. Also check the plug and wires for the GPS reciever

Updating it won't hurt it but probably won't fix it.

Try the updates, they come out with new ones at any time. If you have someone with an astro, put your collars in it and try his astro and see if the reception is better or try his collars on your astro. This will tell which is the problem. My guess is your astro is bad.
Sometimes a dropped astro breaks the solder inside the antenna. Astro would need to be taken apart and resoldered CAREFULLY.
Good luck !!!

The latest update for collars is 4.0 .I saw last night it's another update for the 320. I did it and it looked useful. You should be able to update in 30 to 45 minutes. I'm not sure about doing all the collars at one time I do mine one at a time. Also I think the collars store allot of info you can clear the info on the collar that might help.

Not 100% sure withoutlooking at it but when you hook to computer you can get all the tracks off the collar. I think you have to have the disc that comes with your hand held loaded on computer. Your collar stores info every 3 seconds even if you have setting on 30 or whatever or when you loose signal.if the collars have GPS signal it's storing info. If you have the map CDs and can put all the track on it it's prettycool to see.

you could also try a master reset. With the handheld off you hold map enter and the power button at the same time and it will ask you if u want to clear all user data. Ths has helped mine before when it was acting up but also sometimes didnt help at all
