I'm kinda a fan, but I've watched them enough to know Romo will come all apart at some point, they'll get a reciever hurt, a lineman will beat his wife up and get arrested, and their season will end in mediocrity, just like always...

Looks like money well spent on the two new corners. Defense was much better than last year.

i agree with you guys yea the cowboys need to invest in a good solid QB I can't stand romo he will fall apart again this year but i will still cheer them on. i wish they would have picked up vince young this past season or got a QB in the draft.

been a cowboys fan my whole life .enjoyed the win last night.as for blameing Romo ir similar weather. Injury is something he can:t control. If you want to blame something blame the root of the problems. The defensive and coach for last 5 years or longer. Phillips is the worse head coach in the history of the nfc. And the defence left Romo on the sideline most of the game not ever letting him get rythm of the game

I am just a psycho football fan and as far as romo he had 31 TD Last yr and 10 picks that's pretty awesome he gets a bad rap from the one playoff boched kick QB Is not the issue in Dallas however if u think vince young is good u will have a prob at QB he has all but fell out of the league stay with Romo boys he will make ya proud again he is too consitant to not win one if the D can play like that all the time the Boys will be tuff this yr remember u just beat the SB champs in their own house!

Any of you know who has the second highest qb rating of all time? That's right Tony Romo. He will get a ring! You can count on it!

Romo is a couple tipped balls and drops from being like Favre. Like it or not, I love watching a guy playing like he has nothing to lose. They play like they are out in the backyard and they can make every play. You might want someone safe, but I prefer a gun slinger playing like He's on the playground. GO COWBOYS! And don't forget he went late in the draft and spent time with Jessica Simpson. Living the dream to the fullest!

Romo ain't got the HEART.

Look at guys like Favre, Elway, Montana. Love 'em or hate 'em, guys like that play every game like it's their last.
Romo plays most games like he's ready to get it over with so he can catch a late dinner at TGI Fridays.

I might be biased, but there's a senior we've got at Arkansas right now that plays wide open, HEART engaged football. Put someone like that with the Cowboys and watch 'em win.

No heart are you kidding me he played with broken ribs last year. None of you above mentioned would do that exept more maybe Favre but he would be high on pain medicine o he was all of his career!

you must be a giants fan well romo played with broken ribs and a punctured lung and it wasnt his fault we didnt win games bet you cant name one where we never scored a point the reason we were losing is we had a horrible defence look at the past games against the giants and look at this game we held them to 250 total yards we had 480 how does that compare the only reason we won any games last year is because romo knows how to make things happen !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its a QB league now, and a so-so QB gets you a so-so season.
I've seen him play like he cares, and seen him play like he doesn't. He brought more passion for the game when he was hurt than he has in the past playing healthy. And he isnt a closer. He has great numbers, and great fourth quarter meltdowns. And when he gives up, it's obvious. Love him or hate him, you never saw a guy like Favre play with indifference.
I also agree that the defense has been crappy on and off the last few years, but how can you credit the offense with a 3rd quarter lead, and blame the defense for loosing it in the 4th?
