Treed but not declared treed???

Should be simple, but this one gets a ton of answers...

A,B,C, and D declared struck, A,B, and C declared treed. Cast arrives and D is showing treed at same tree.

How is D scored track and tree if:
Coon seen?
Circle tree?
Minus tree?

Coon seen: minus strike only
Circle tree: circle strike points
Minus tree: minus strike and next available tree points

1) Coon seen... strike is minused
2) Circle.... Strike is deleted, no tree points
3) Slick or off game...Next available tree is given or 25 in this case and strike and tree are minused

There should not be any questions on this. It is pretty simple.

only time D would get deleted his strike points is if he had been struck after the other dogs treed.... in this case they get circled

Correct scoring.

I cannot under stand why so many want to incorrectly delete points. Please read your rule book. One of the most mis-used scorings IMO.

I agree with this statement Mr. Bizich!!! This is more times than not irrelevent to the outcome of the cast...........but in my opinion.........this is the NUMBER 1 MOST MIS-USED way to score points!!!...........It is plain and simple.........circle those points don't delete them!!!!!
