a friend of mine has a 3 yr old and all he has is his puppy papers how do we get him registered ? and how much is it going to cost him ? if he has to have an affidavit send me a link and i can print it off for him thanks.....

Just fill out the back of the puppy papers and send them in to us along with $40.00. No Affidavit is needed as long as no one else has already filled out the back of the puppy papers as the new owner.
