2 pups for litter reg and permanent reg.
fee for applications sent thru fax or email
fee for mailing it back to the philippines
may i have your fax no. Or email add where i can email the application...

20$ each pup for permanent reg.
if ireregister mo naman ung litter para mgkaron hg litterticket 20$ dn.
lbc 1270 ang shipping.better find someone na pwde ka sumabay para ambag nlng s lbc

If you are not going to pay with a Visa or Mastercard, you just as well send the application in with the payment, as we will not process the application until we have received payment..This way everything gets to us together. It's $20.00 to register the litter and an additional $20.00 per pup for the permanent registrations.
