I am looking to get some advise and or help. I am wanting to pour a slab of concrete roughly 12ftX19ft (ish) to build some new kennels. I know nothing about concrete and don't want anyone taking advantage of me when I go out looking for quotes on having someone pour the slab for me. Anyone got any idea on how much a concrete slab like this would cost me or should cost me?

228 SF x 4" / 27 = 3 yards of Concrete at about $120 per yard = $360

WWF 6x6 x 1.4 Reinforcment Wire at $0.36 per SF = $90

Form Work at $0.65 per LF X 70' = $45

Labor (X 2) to Pour and Finish 4 Hours at $30 = $240

Throw in some mark-up at 20% = $147


Grand total = $882 + or - $3.87 to $4.00 Per Sq Ft .... Poured and Finished

if i'm figurin it right you should need 2.85 yards but they cant figure that to the exact so they'll send 3 yards now concrete in east tn is around 100 a yard so you'll probably be spendin a lil over 300 on concrete plus here in east tn if it is under 5 yards they charge a haul bill dont know exact price but thats just here so idk.then you got your labor fee hard to figure thaat so many prices to go from.i know some finishers around here charge half of what the concrete cost so this might help ya
