Dumb questions

My dear friends at UKC, first let me start by saying what a wonderful job you all did on Premier. I enjoyed it. It was a perfect experience.

Today I called to your office to get an understanding of what a puppy owner was trying to explain to me. I know at times we sound really stupid and naive to you all. And we may ask you to repeat things to us that can be found somewhere in a book or a website. And we may never understand things that you are explaining. And Im sure after a busy Premier week all you needed to hear was more stupid questions to give us snappy answers to. But If you could be just a bit more patient and understanding with us it would go a long way.

My advice is that if you are not getting the customer service you deserve from one of our reps, please feel free to ask to speak to another rep. I apologize on behalf of UKC for any bad experience you may have had...That certainly is not our intent...

Thanks for the kind words concerning Premier...We're glad you enjoyed it!
