Walking to the tree last night and about 50yds from it stepped over this log and saw these guys pretty cool they never moved just layed there with ther eyes open watching me.

Not really that rare at all, if you hunt alot your gonna walk up on babies. I've never had a doe get aggressive with me around one either, nothing other than snorting.

I have walked up on quit a few but never had them stay put and let me take pics. I walked up on a little buck in velvet one day in a been field. He thought he was hidden pretty good.

i know it is cool ! i walked into one tonite in some big thick weeds. heard him move . pushed some leaves outta the way and he was right there , couldda touched him!!! had a doe chase my coonhound once years ago, she was serious, after she ran the dog away and came back she smelt me and ran off. i snooped around a little and crawled up onto a big stump, and there the little guys were , still wet!!!
