The litter was registered with us and the papers were mailed back to him on January 30th.

they didnt received the litter ticket and they completed an Application for Duplicate Registration Papers, they send this out last may 10

We are holding the duplicate application due to some problems. An email was sent to Romeo Ramos on May 16, 2012 explaining the problems and a letter detailing the same information was sent from our office on May 17, 2012.
