The July Coonhound Bloodlines has a form you can use on page 33. It also has the price list and layout of the Raper building.

Spaces 1-12 (facing show ring) $150 each
Spaces 13-48 $100 each
Spaces 49-51 (large stalls on North end of Raper building) $300 each
