Ended Deer Season Early

Well I have just filled my final buck tag for this year. Not a bad year though all three bucks were 8 points no monsters by any means but nice deer for around here. Then had some fun with doe management and got 6 of the ladies. How is everyone else doing so far?

CHECK THIS MONSTER OUT. I FOUND HIM IN AN OLD FIELD AND STREAM MAGAZINE." PROVED TO HAVE A 38 5/8 INCH OUTSIDE SPREAD,43 SCORABLE POINTS AND BOONE AND CROCKETT TALLY OF 355 2/8,THE LARGEST RECORED ANTLERS ON ANY SPECIES OF DEER." HE WAS KILLED IN 1926 IN ALBERTA,CANADA.

THIS IS THE ARTICLE ABOUT THE DEER FROM FIELD & STREAM DEC.2004/JAN.2005

.

Hmm That deer looks funny (not the rack) I always thought that the Missouri Monarch was the largest ever! Followed by the Hole in The Horn, And the biggest deer ever killed was the Betty buck. Maybe I am wrong but I have never heard anything about this deer you are talking about..Anyone else have any other details to this matter?
