My female mastiff is registered with Universal kennel Club and I was wondering if I can also register her with United kennel Club?

I also have a male english Mastiff that is registered with American kennel Club and I would also like to register him with United. How and what do I need to send in/ fill out to register them? Thank you.

The Universal Kennel Club is not an acknowledged registry for the Mastiff, sorry.
