This is how it works. If we made a mistake, we correct at no charge. If you made a mistake, then you pay for it. Return the papers to us with a small note explaining what you feel the error is. On the outside of the envelope mark it "correction" so it goes directly to the right department.

Our error rate is less than 1%. Are you certain it was our error?

Rot huh? Oh that's awful! Send them to my attention. I'll see you get corrections straight away. Hopefully your handwriting was clear. Sometimes it's very difficult to tell.
