Getting papers for dogs.

Heard but dont 100% believe that you can get paperwork from the ukc then have a vet draw blood and send papers back to ukc to determine if the dog is full blood and then get papers on the dog. Please reply only if you know for sure. Thanks.

You heard wrong. Not true. Even if we were to identify the dog, it would still have to go through the same registration procedures.
