sore feet

i have a female hound that has sore pads and she is walking around very tender footed, road hunted a little hard i guess.
is there anything you can do for the pads to make them well?

I use the Pad Heal,made by Cut Heal,it comes with a built in brush in the top to apply.

Thanks! I bought a bottle of this, cause I like the other Cut Heal products. Have not had to use it yet, and was wondering how it worked.
