In need of information of Artfical Inseminate in South Carolina!

Has anyone had any experience, and if so where, and what were the costs involved?
Thanks in advance for your help.

I'm not trying to advertise AKC but they do have a listing of vets they have approved for A.I. If they have approved them, I'd assume they have met some minimum qualifications. I'm sure there would be some for your state. Go to their website and look around and you can probably find it.

I have looked into it, although I am not from SC. I talked with Virginia Tech. They have a very well known and highly respected school of animal medicine as well as a animal hospital. They do AI, on a regular basis, and from what I understand, they have a section/department devoted entirely to AI. I have a dose of Lipper that I plan to AI to one of my GR. Nt. females, eventually. VA Tech. is who I will use, as they seem to be, and from what I have learned, the best, in this part of the country. The cost, if I remember right was about $150. If you board the dog there it is an additional $10. per day, Ovulation test are $25.00. I figured I would have about $250 into it by leaving her there for 3 days.
