I have kin folk in Albany but we are located in Madison. I can hook you up with some friends in Soperton, they hunt plotts but they are not picky about what they hunt with, I got a pup from them. How far are you from Soperton? Also have a friend of a friend in Valdosta I can maybe get you in touch with, think he goes every night.

Hey John John,
UGLY but I won't give up on him yet, body looks good is coming along nicely but feet are giving me fits!! He just turned 4 months old so we have a lot of growing to do yet. probably going to start hauling him some just for kicks. SOMEBODY (not me) bought a bluetick at AO, went all the way to Indiana to buy a dog from north Georgia! His feet are looking bad right now too he is 11 weeks old right now.
So yours is tuff!!!!!! huh? well I look forward to beating I mean meeting you two at some shows.

Hey Lama.........

those feet could come together as he matures........one of the nicest red dogs I ever had...you couldn't give away at that age (Flames brother).............had ping pong ball feet when he matured..............haven't forgot about the benefit hunt for the clinic.......but have to stay on these dudes.........Mark Gilreath is the man to talk too..........he is the club president, and ready to go on it when I last talked to him. PS- I'm bringin 6 to the Georgia State, the Plott pup, a Walker male pup, that Walker female I've been holdin' out, the English female (the one you mercilessly beat down south)...her legs have straightened out, a Champion English male, and my Gr. Ch. Thunder dog (probably gonna hunt him).....take care, see ya there.

That would be great if we could make that happen for them they really do need it. They have started a low cost spay and neuter program and the extra money would go a long way to help with the program, seems people are more than happy to give them more dogs and cats than they can handle but are a little tight with the money. When is your next hunt maybe I can come over and twist some arms.
Man I'm staying home this year then, but you wait, folks from out of state will come over here and whoop us just like they always do.
I ain't skeered. Bring'em on!
I think I learned all of my best "tricks" from you anyway!

Our next hunt is in November....try and make it so we can get this benefit rollin'...

and yeah, I'll get whooped by somethin' that goes from the yard to the truck to the motel room to the bench, and back again, but that's OK...it's fun anyway..........and I'll take 'em home and tree some coons............try and make it..........might need ya to handle one of 'em, if you're willin'.

Hey Starlitekennels by any chance are those guys in Soperton,Ga.
William Cauley and friends? What about Wendell Smith? I got 2 dogs off of Williams Magic dog, my main dog is 2 y/o off Magic X Cheynne 1st cross. then a 4 month female off same cross. These are the most natural tree dogs I have ever had. Just a little high-strung.
If the guys are William and Wendell a fellow can't go wrong with those guys. They are good people. They will take care of you.
Good Luck
Larry

My pup is (it sounds like) a litter mate to yours. I got a male out of the second Cheyenne/Magic cross, he is 4 months old.
I took an older brother to AO for Will, who is the littermate to Julia Graham's Harlan dog that won overall Campion male at the Winter Classic he did a great job getting that dog ready for me, his name id Duke and he's real nice, just needs a little more body but all in good time. I don't know who John's dogs are but the one he had at Jefferson was real nice!

Nah been going too much so we stayed home and will start all over again in October. Do you know anything about the new dog legislation? It sounds like we all need to be in Blackshear on the 11th.

That's pitiful. I have heard unkind comments about that club, but then again if you listen long enough you will hear those things about any club. How did this bill get to the house and senate without anyone saying anything about before now? I will probably go, I don't hunt much anymore but it is nice to know that I can if I want to without a hassle.
