50th Anniverery
As far as I could tell, Dale Brandenberger was not there. As I put in my previous thread, what I thought was remarkable was tha Emmil Stanfield hunted and showed in the original hunt and also hunted and showed in the 50th Anniversery Show. Emmil told Frances Gail and I that he was 36 at the time of the 1st hunt and show. Another remarkable thing was that Emmil's deceased wife, Star, also hunted in the 1st hunt so women breaking brush with the guys on a Wild Coonhunt is not a new thing, Vickie Lamb, there was a gal that hunted in the very 1st UKC Nite Hunt. How many of today's dog could get the 460 points to make a Nite Champion today as was required back then?
The 50th Anniversery hunt was mainly attended by older folks that I had drew out with in other hunts before. Very nice fellows and the community of Ingerham went all out to provide a very good setting for this hunt. Frances Gail and I were glad we attended even though none of our dogs won. Ron, I didn't see any of the Pruemer Boys there but I figure you guys might have been hunting at Sesser.
